There are 4 sections to this project: Site A, B, C, and club house.
We are looking to bid the civil work for Site A, B, & C including, but not limited to: Grading, Paving, Wet and dry utilities.
This project is a non union, non prevailing wage.
The developer is looking to finalize the budget so we are trying to get budget pricing to them in the next two weeks (before September 18th 2020).
Phase one (Site A – 32 units) is scheduled to break ground in November.
